Call or email us to describe the estate. There is no cost and no obligation, and we respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

We Visit the Property

We walk the home with you anywhere in our Middle Georgia service area and talk through whether an on-site sale, a live auction, or an online auction is the right fit.

Evaluation

We go room by room to identify the furniture, tools, antiques, collectibles, vehicles, and everyday household goods that will make up the sale.

Staging the Home

The house becomes the showroom. Rooms are arranged and presented so every piece is visible, reachable, and easy to shop.

Marketing the Sale

Your sale goes up on our Upcoming Sales page with dates, location, and photos, goes out to our newsletter subscribers, and reaches our network of buyers.

Sale Day and What Comes Next

We run the sale from open to close. Afterward, remaining contents can move to one of our live or online estate auctions, or be cleared in a complete estate cleanout.

Yes. The consultation is free and carries no obligation. We visit the property, look through the contents with you, and recommend the approach that fits — an on-site sale, a live auction, an online auction, or a combination. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

What happens to items that don't sell?

Unsold contents don't have to stay in the house. Remaining items can be cataloged for one of our online estate auctions, purchased outright through our buy out service, or removed as part of a complete estate cleanout.
